Cascoly Royalty Free License Agreement: rev: 28 Jan 2012
The following is a legal agreement between you and Cascoly Software.
Please read it carefully, before using any of the associated images.
By using the images you agree to be bound by this agreement.
1. Unless otherwise specified, all images are copyrighted by Steve Estvanik / Cascoly Software. All rights reserved by Cascoly Software.
2. By this agreement Cascoly grants you the following, non-exclusive,
non-transferable right to use the images in printed or digital form as
outlined below. These images may only be used by you, or your direct
client or customer. These restrictions apply whether the original
Cascoly image is used, or portions or the entirety of an image have
been changed by processing. In all cases, you must include a credit
line identifying Cascoly Software as the copyright holder, and
including contact information.
A: Printed: You may use the images for any printed purpose.
B: Digital: You may use Cascoly images as supplied for any
display purposes as long as no more than 20 Cascoly images are used in
any project. This specifically includes any web site, home page, or
other form of electronic publication. Web usage requires a link to our site:

For license to distribute more than 20 images, please contact us -- in
most cases the license will be free for educational or other non-

3. You may not use any image or portion of an image for any use not
specifically detailed in item #2. In addition, you may not:
a. Loan, rent or sell the images to any person or entity, unless they are part of a larger product - t-shirts, mugs, etc are ok; selling prints or cards is not. Please contact us if you would like to use these images in a line of greeting cards, prints, etc. (Note: use on a web site or home page, according to item #2 is allowed, as long as credit is given).
b. Use any image in any form of pornography, or in any other
manner which is embarrassing or defamatory to any person or entity.
4. You agree to indemnify and hold Cascoly Software harmless against
any damages or liability of any kind arising from any use of the
images.
5. The images are provided 'as is'. Cascoly Software makes no
warranty either express or implied, or merchantibility, fitness for
any particular use, type or quality of image, or compatibility with
any computer or other kind of equipment. Cascoly Software shall not
be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or
incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, the
images. You may have additional rights under some state laws.
6. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Washington. Venue for any action respecting this agreement or the use
of the images shall be in Seattle, Washington.
